1. Who provides the service

Arkontrol is a service provided by:

These terms govern the use of the arkontrol.com site and the arkontrol.app application. By accessing the application you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

2. What Arkontrol is

Arkontrol is an inventory tool: it lets you record the subscriptions and platforms you use, their costs, their renewal dates, and a reference to where you keep each set of credentials, and shows you all of that organised, with alerts.

It's also worth being clear about what it is not. Arkontrol is not a password manager and stores none: it records your sign-in website and email and, if you use a password manager, lets you add a reference to it. It is not a payment gateway or a financial service: it does not charge or cancel anything on your behalf, and the subscriptions you record are always contracted and cancelled directly with the corresponding platforms. Nor is it tax, accounting or financial advice. The figures it shows are calculated from what you have entered, and their accuracy depends on that data being kept up to date.

3. Account and access

Using Arkontrol requires a Google account. There is no other way to sign in, and therefore no Arkontrol password that could be lost or leaked.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the capacity to enter into a contract. You are responsible for the security of your Google account, since anyone who accesses it can access your inventory. We recommend keeping two-factor authentication enabled on it.

Your workspace is personal. Once the multi-user feature is available, whoever invites you to a shared workspace will decide what you can see within it.

4. 15-day free trial

When you create your account you get 15 days of free trial. No payment details are requested to start it, and no charge is generated automatically when it ends: there is nothing to cancel.

When the 15 days end, the service's features are locked and a notice appears prompting you to choose a plan if you want to continue. Your data is not deleted: the inventory you recorded stays in your account and becomes available again as soon as you subscribe to a plan. If you would rather not continue, you can request deletion of your account and all its content as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Plans and pricing

The available plans, with the features included in each, are the ones published on the pricing page. The prices in force at the time of purchase apply.

• You pay for each plan once, with no automatic renewal. New features and improvements added to the plan you purchased are included at no extra charge.
• Prices are shown in euros (€) for every country; only the way the number is written changes with the page's language (for example "€49.90" in English versus "49,90 €" in Spanish).
• Published prices do not include taxes. Applicable taxes will be calculated and shown at the time of purchase, based on your country of residence.
• We may change prices for future purchases. A price change does not alter a license you already own.

Some features are marked «Soon» both on the pricing page and in the application. That label means exactly what it says: these are planned features that are not yet available. They are not part of what you are purchasing today, and no delivery date can be demanded for them.

6. Purchase and payment

At this time, subscribing to paid plans is not yet enabled. The service is offered only under the free trial described in section 4.

When it is enabled, payment will be processed through an external payment provider, which will be the one handling your card details. Arkontrol will not receive or store your full card number, its expiry date or its security code. Before purchasing becomes possible, we will publish here and in the Privacy Policy the identity of that provider and the specific billing, renewal and cancellation terms, and we will notify you of the change as described in section 13.

If you are a consumer and subscribe to a plan, you have the 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal provided for under Spanish and European law, under the terms and exceptions it establishes for digital services.

7. Acceptable use

By using Arkontrol you agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
• Record access details for people who have not authorised you to do so.
• Store passwords, two-factor codes, API keys or full card numbers in free-text fields. The service is not designed to hold secrets and must not be used for that purpose.
• Attempt to access workspaces, accounts or data that are not yours.
• Reverse-engineer the service, scrape data from it at scale, or place loads on it that compromise its operation.
• Resell or transfer access to the service to third parties without authorisation.

Breach of this section may lead to suspension or cancellation of the account.

8. Your data and your content

Everything you record in Arkontrol remains yours. We claim no ownership over your inventory. You grant us only the technical authorisation strictly necessary to store it, display it to you, calculate your totals and send the alerts you have enabled: nothing more.

The processing of your personal data is described in detail in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The Arkontrol brand, its logo, its design and its code are the property of its owner and are not transferred by using the service.

9. Service availability

We work to keep Arkontrol continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. There may be interruptions for maintenance, technical incidents, or failures of the providers the service depends on.

Renewal alerts are a convenience, not a guarantee. Their delivery depends on third-party email and calendar services, which may delay them, mark them as spam, or fail to deliver them. Responsibility for renewing or cancelling your subscriptions remains yours, and we accept no liability for a charge you did not avoid in time.

We may modify, add or remove features of the service. If we remove a significant feature from a paid plan, we will give you reasonable advance notice.

10. Third-party services

Arkontrol integrates with services we do not control: Google sign-in, Google Calendar, and links to your password manager, among others. Use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, their changes, or the decisions their owners make.

11. Liability

Arkontrol is provided «as is». To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or losses arising from decisions you make based on information the service displays, particularly where that information comes from data you entered and did not keep up to date.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be legally excluded, including liability arising from wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor the rights that consumer-protection law grants to consumers.

12. Term, cancellation and termination

You may stop using Arkontrol at any time and request deletion of your account by writing to info@arkontrol.com. Deletion permanently erases your inventory.

We may suspend or cancel an account that breaches these terms, or where we are legally required to. Unless there is a serious breach or a legal obligation preventing it, we will notify you in advance and give you the chance to recover your data.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest version. Where the change is substantial (in particular, enabling payment as described in section 6) we will notify you by email or through a visible notice in the application before it takes effect. If you do not accept the new version, you may stop using the service and request deletion of your account.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence, and you retain the benefit of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your habitual country of residence within the European Union. In other cases, the parties submit to the courts of Spain.
